1.About the Service

Zyon Optimizer is a Windows software that applies performance tweaks to the user's computer with the goal of improving the gaming experience — for example, optimizing system resources, reducing background processes and adjusting network settings.

Performance results vary depending on each user's hardware, drivers, configuration and games. Gains in FPS, latency ("ping") reduction or any other metric are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific result.

2.Eligibility

To purchase paid plans you must be at least 18 years old, or duly authorized and assisted by your legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that the information provided is truthful and that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

3.License to use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the applicable payment, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use Zyon Optimizer.

• The license is intended for one computer at a time. If you change machines, contact support to review the transfer.
• There is a Free plan with limited features and Pro plans (monthly or annual subscription) and a Lifetime plan (one-time payment), as described on the pricing page.
• The purchased license is tied to the user/purchase and may not be resold, sublicensed, rented or shared with third parties.

4.Delivery and activation

After payment confirmation, the license key is generated and sent to the email provided at checkout, as well as shown on the confirmation screen. You are responsible for providing a valid email and for keeping the key safe. If you do not receive the key, check your spam folder and, if needed, contact support.

5.Prices and payments

• Prices are shown on the site in Brazilian reais (R$) and/or US dollars (US$) and may change at any time; the valid price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe and/or Kiwify). We do not store your full card details — they are handled directly by the payment processor.
• For subscription plans, billing is recurring and renews automatically (monthly or annually) until you cancel. Cancellation stops future charges and the license remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
• The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment, with no recurring fee, valid for the purchased version and updates made available at Zyon's discretion.

6.Right of withdrawal and refunds

To request cancellation and a refund within the period, contact us through the channels listed in the "Contact" section. The refund is issued to the same payment method used, within the timeframes of the processor and the card issuer. After the legal period, any refunds are at the discretion of Zyon and the payment processor's policy.

7.Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the software;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law;
• circumvent, remove or disable licensing, security or usage-limitation mechanisms;
• use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates third-party rights;
• share your license key with third parties.

8.Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or achievement of any given level of performance.

9.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zyon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental damages, lost profits, loss of data or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. In any event, Zyon's total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be waived under Brazilian consumer law.

10.Intellectual property

All software, trademarks, logos, texts, images and other elements of the Service are owned by Zyon or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you, only the license to use described in section 3.

11.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent use, improper chargeback or legal requirement. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the software and, for subscriptions, by canceling the renewal.

12.Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the "last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through available channels. Continued use of the Service after publication implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to settle any disputes, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
