The data controller is the person responsible for the Zyon Optimizer brand, an individual reachable at contact@zyonoptimizer.online ("Zyon", "we"), who decides on the processing of your personal data within the Service.
2.Data we collect
Data you provide to us
- Email — provided at checkout or when requesting the download link, used to deliver the license and for related communications.
- Payment data — name and billing information are collected and processed directly by the payment providers (Stripe/Kiwify). We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Data collected automatically
- Browsing and usage data — pages visited, clicks, conversion events, traffic source and interactions, via cookies and analytics tools.
- Technical data — IP address, device type, browser, operating system and language.
- Campaign identifiers — advertising and attribution information (e.g., Meta Pixel).

4.Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including third-party ones, to operate and measure the Service:
- Meta Pixel (Meta/Facebook) — conversion measurement and ad optimization, including events sent via the Conversions API.
- PostHog — product and funnel analytics (web and app).
You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
5.Who we share with
We share data only with the providers and partners necessary to deliver the Service:
- Stripe and Kiwify — payment processing;
- Meta — ad measurement and delivery;
- PostHog — usage analytics;
- Vercel — hosting of the site and APIs;
- Google (Apps Script) — license key generation and management;
- public authorities, when required by law or court order.
We do not sell your personal data.
6.International transfers
Some of the partners above are located outside Brazil. In such cases, the international transfer of data occurs based on the grounds set out in the LGPD and with appropriate safeguards to protect your data.
7.How long we keep it
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described or to comply with legal obligations (for example, tax and record-keeping periods). Once the period ends, the data is deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires further retention.
8.Your rights
Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you may at any time request:
- confirmation that processing exists and access to your data;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in non-compliance;
- portability of the data;
- information about sharing with third parties;
- withdrawal of consent and deletion of data processed on that basis.

9.Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
10.Children's and teenagers' data
The Service is not directed at people under 18 without the proper authorization and assistance of their legal guardians. If we identify the collection of a minor's data without such authorization, we will take steps to delete such data.
11.Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its "last updated" date. We recommend reviewing it regularly.
